Marvin’s team did a great job! They showed up and worked hard they had to tear out the exiting patio that had been laid by a previous company and redo everything They cleaned up reseeded and left things better than before! I would highly recommend them! They might be a little more expensive but they’re worth it in the quality of their work!

Marvin is a smooth talker but terrible when it comes to accountability. Save yourself time and frustration by staying away. He charges a premium price but delivers a subpar, frustrating experience. He came recommended by another contractor who had done good work at my house, so I decided to give him a try. Initially, he did decent work fixing the pergola and adding new garage flooring. I later hired him to replace the front pavers — the job itself was just okay. The real trouble began afterward. Once the deposit was paid, he became very difficult to reach. He missed multiple scheduled appointments, and for over four months now, I’ve been trying to get him to address a warranty repair on the pavers. He either ignores messages, makes promises he doesn’t keep, or simply forgets to show up. If you’re considering hiring him, be warned: you’ll likely end up paying a premium price for a stressful, unreliable experience. I’d recommend choosing a more reputable business that actually stands behind their work.
