Mega Concrete has been involved in the construction of our home on Lake Wisconsin. Unfortunately after pouring the footings and foundation they have refused to return and complete the flatwork. I have called them many times and been given the assurance that they will do the work on a given day and then they do not show up and I receive no call to let me know why the workers did not show up. If you want half a job done this company is for you. If you want them to finish look elsewhere.

I got a bid from Mega Concrete to fix my basement and scheduled a time for them to do the work. They did not show up or call to inform me they we not going to show up on the scheduled date. After talking with their secretary I was assured they were just running late and would be there the next day. Come the next morning still no concrete workers and no call to let me know what was going on. To this day I have received no explination or appology.

I called Mega Concrete to come out to give quotes on a number of concrete projects we have at our house. An estimator came out, measured up the various projects, making notes on the project drawings I gave him, and I never heard from them again. After three calls asking when I could expect to see a quote/quotes and zero response, I gave up.

I called to get an estimate and was told that someone would get back to me to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and nothing. I stopped into the office and the lady behind the desk was on the phone. I sat there for five minutes and she never bothered to ask who I was or what I wanted.
