I had ProAxis install an egress window in the basement. The prices were very competitive & Shane did an excellent job. He went above & beyond to make sure everything went well & that I was happy with the experience at the end of the day. During the first visit, he explained the whole process in detail & was even able to foresee issues with my original plan that every other company missed which ended up saving me a lot of time & hassle. They proved that they are the experts so I would not trust anyone else to do work on my house.

I can't say enough good things about Shane, John and the crew. I research VERY thoroughly before I hire a contractor. These guys impressed me from day one and never disappointed. A lot of other contractors in town won't give you options, Pro Axis does... they will do what you want, tell you if something doesn't make sense and will do it right. In addition to that, they are friendly and so hard working. They installed this on a day when the heat index was 105*.

We had a great experience with ProAxis! We were having issues with our sump pump and Shane took a look and figured out a much more efficient and reliable system for us. They were professional and we are very happy with the quality. Shane went above and beyond to make sure that everything was running smoothly and that we were satisfied with the service. We're so glad that we found ProAxis and would highly recommend them!

My recommendation would be, "Don't Bother". That's exactly what they did, or didn't do for me. No answer on my inquiring quote, & then crickets, when asked, How long does it normally take to get a quote from Proaxis? At the VERY LEAST, an explanation of why they wouldn't take the time to accept my project, should of been offered.
