Stop the couple of times at this store in the last week and had great assistance by two men in the plumbing department. Enjoyed chatting with Rick and appreciated his service to the navy. Then another day we spoke with Orville and he was very helpful. You are blessed to have these two men can your plumbing department as their knowledge and experience are helpful to customers

We've been doing business with Lowe's for years now, even though we're from half an hour north (Denmark) and they're not our closest "Big Box" store - but they're definitely one of our go-to options. In our most recent visit, we were trying to unravel a mess with a warranty issue on an Electrolux appliance. Working with the manufacturer was like jogging through a pool of warm peanut butter. Eventually, they simply dropped everything into the lap of Manitowoc Lowe's. And that's when hope arose! BRAVO to Bryain H! We called and spoke to him twice. He was able to figure out what the heck the manufacturer was doing, and assured us that Lowe's would take care of not only the warranty return/replacement, but also took the added step of making sure we were whole and satisfied when we finally finished the process. The day that we came in to make the final arrangements, we were behind our schedule and unfortunately were unable to meet up personally with Bryain H. (our loss). Instead, we were immediately helped by front-of-house associates Marina and Sammi. Being greeted and assisted as you enter an area is great customer care - but getting tag-teamed with TWO folks helping you is top tier. We eventually were introduced to Dave, who was able to figure out what the manufacturer was up to, documentation-wise. His assistance for us flowed seamlessly from Bryain H's prior work. You gotta love this guy's gift for humble humor! With a "good news/bad news" framing, he told us that our replacement order was in and had a zero balance owed! The bad news?! It was not ready to install until next week (seriously?! - BIG DEAL!!!!!). Not to be totally left out, while Dave was working on the computer and data, we ended up bumping into Stephanie. She was the same associate who fabulously helped us with a flooring purchase some years ago - crazy! Stephanie was still the ROCK STAR she was back then! We unfortunately didn’t get the name of one of the other associates who was present and helping make us feel at home, but we do have to mention Casey (even if he didn't want to get any glory for being in the background). All in all, our time in the store with these folks was more like a reunion of old friends (and a laugh-in . . . these folks have a great sense of humor)! In short, Lowe's Manitowoc picked up the dropped ball from a manufacturer that essentially left them holding the bag while bagging out on us. This great team - in my humble opinion - went above and beyond to not only facilitate our warranty issue, but made sure that we were made whole, and made to feel appreciated and cared for. Period - Mic Drop - Slam Dunk! LOWE'S Manitowoc for the win on this one!!! Thanks, folks - you are the G.O.A.T! Thanks for making - what should have been - a mundane chore into one of the must fun times we had that week!

20 mi drive to Lowe's but they had the direct wire LEDs that I wanted but I wanted hands on before I bought. I wanted less lumens because I don't have room for a dimmer. Many of the less lumen fixtures I'd seen were either bad review, poor warranty or crappy build. Lowe's price was similar to other stores but quality was superior. Issue for me was store inventory was limited and the orange mans self imposed trade war suggests prices will only get higher. I'll be back, store was very clean, well organized and well staffed. Hope the future is good for these people.

Love how lowes will not fix this considering this is how it was delivered to us already broken but was told they wont honor anything because we did not but THEIR WARRANTY. It shouldn't matter for that. It was in your establishment like this and then delivered to us like this. Worst customer service! Now I have to sit on hold with GE to try and get them to fix it. Thanks for nothing. I've bought literally all my appliances from yall but I guess for now on I will take my business else where and will be canceling the card we got through yall. Wish I could give negative stars

How incompetent the employees they have work here. Waiting Sunday for $500 carpet to arrive. Nothing. Monday called and was told it was delivered but to wrong address in different city. Really??!! How do you deliver a huge roll of carpet and padding to a different address? Now they are cutting us another piece while we wait and should have had the $89 delivery fee waived due to their incompetence . Doesn't surprise me with kid that took our order did not look smart and should not be working in retail. Avoid getting anything from here and I will be going to Menards or Home Depot from now on. Wonder if they will go back to get the carpet at wrong house they delivered it to or if they will leave it there for them to use? BTW, don't bother with your AI "apologetic" reply as I care less and know it's not coming from someone who cares and just a response to sugar coat a cake that has long been crumbled
