We’ve had consistently great experiences at Menards. The store is well-organized, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, which makes projects feel a lot less overwhelming. Whether we’re grabbing supplies for a quick fix or planning something bigger, we can almost always find what we need in one trip. The staff has been especially helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and willing to actually walk you to an item instead of just pointing down an aisle. That makes a huge difference. Prices are fair, selection is strong, and the rebates are a nice bonus. Menards has become our go-to for home improvement, repairs, and everyday project supplies. Did some early Christmas shopping, other miscellaneous items on my list, nicest guy, Steve directed me to what I was looking for, even helped me pick out thr right item. Very helpful, great conversation about upcoming holidays. Grateful he took the time to help me! Found everything on my list...and then some 🤣

Very friendly , very helpful , and they pretty much have any thing you need to repair paint or fix your home garage or house.

Very disappointed with the front desk staff. We asked if they offer price match to other local hardware stores. The first lady told us no, but would ask. The second lady she approached at the front desk was clearly rude to her and seemed very bothered by us asking. She wouldn't even come talk to us, she sent the first employee over and told us the items were not identical which was a lie. They refused to match the price. We drove a short distance to Lowe's and spent $1000 on the item there. We had other items to purchase too plus a gift card, but took all of our business elsewhere. Menards loss due to a rude employee. Update 1/16/26: I have changed the review from 1 star to 3 because store management reached out to me about the issue. Still only 3 because they inconvenienced me on the day of. Management said they reviewed the video and determined the staff was wrong and should've priced matched. They said they will make sure to correct the issue with the staff.

Still have yet to get my now replacement check. I now see why there is a lawsuit on Menards for rebates. No one ever receives them. I may have to step in line on the lawsuit!!
