I purchased siding from here that transaction was flawless Lori was great! My delivery came as Lorisaid it would, the driver was wonderful and professional . I ended up with a box full and 7 extra pieces of siding. I returned them Bob and the guy in the yard were wonderful . I was at the store at 830 am to do the return. I was asked to leave my CC number so they could put my refund on my account, I called Thursday afternoon the lady told me she would get to it by end of day(4 pm), Friday morning the refund still isn’t pending in my account so I called around 1030 Friday morning the lady was rude and told me I need to be patient she is doing the job of 3 people and she will get to it when she gets to it oh and she is waiting for a call back from the manufacturer on what they will do. I asked her to call the company again and she told me no. This is a pretty common color. I am livid that it is Saturday morning they are closed for the weekend and she did not get my refund done. She is sitting with my CC number on a post it and withholding 300 dollars of mine . They want their money at time of purchase but when it comes to giving back she takes her time. I feel this is very unprofessional. I should not be waiting for my refund and my CC number should not be sitting on a post it note on her desk. She needs to figure out time management and schedule times to do the refund process. This is not ok!

I bought decking materials last year, including three larger brown treated and kiln dried posts. One of them has warped badly which obviously shouldn't happen with a kiln dried post. And it's structural which could be dangerous. I have left voicemails four times, including one with the manager and no one has called me back.
