This was a few years back.. I live about a mile away, I needed black dirt and sand about 3 yards each... I asked if they could deliver and they had no problem, delivered after hours with their loader. Took two trips,, no extra cost.. So yeah .. I was impressed

Rented mini excavator, skidsteer and brush mower from DKS, also purchased two echo chainsaws. Had a great experience dealing with these folks.

Have dealt with them on snow removal. They are rude and care little for how the snow removal is done. Also, dealt with them on rental equipment. Called ahead; and specified dates and times. When decided to pick it up; they had rented it out; telling us we gave them the wrong date. We had not and even restated the dates we wanted the unit. In both situations; the employee that dealt with the issue seemed not to even care.

I was recommended to them by another tractor place in Meno. I really wanted to see a good outcome for the services they were providing. It was a poor turnaround time and unprofessional. I called before and they said to drop off my snow blower that was leaking oil and ask for Bruce. With no estimate fee, we dropped off the snow blower and waited for an update. At 2 weeks, I called in and they didn't even start it. I asked if its "likely" something they can fix. The one mechanic available said he's been busy and it should be done within the week. I waited over the weekend (called on Thursday) and called again on Monday. Same story, didn't start it yet and so I said I'll come pick it up. I called back again to see if it'll be touch at all if I leave it? I really wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. And because I've waited 2/3 weeks by now, what's some more days? The guy on the phone said the mechanic can get it done by Thursday or Friday. Said Covid took out their other mechanic and they've been doing the big tractors to get it done first. I decided to leave my snow blower to get it fixed... In the end, finally picked up the Snow blower and its still leaking. Was told they fixed it but it's leaking if you tilt it. Loss $80 something. Pretty disappointed and would not recommend or come back for their services.

They stink as lanlord. Never want to fix anything and if they do it takes a million phone calls and a week for them to come out. Plus after we moved out they charged us for 11 days rent when we didn't lived there claiming that we needed a written notice in, even though they knew for months that we were moving out. They didn't meet with us for a walk through for the apartment, they didn't give us a inventory sheet to let them know what is all wrong with the place. Plus they charged us for replacing of carpet and landing due to normal wear and tear. They like to quote laws that benefit them, but they apparently have no clue that the law and their lease claims they can't charge us for normal wear and tear. Plus they refuse to show us proof that we were the cause of the damage to the carpet and landing. They promise to remove snow from the driveways and making the walk ways our responsibility, but they won't come to remove snow a couple days after a snow storm has come. We put up with a lot for the years we lived at their units, always paid our rent on time every single month and they didn't fix a thing unless it was an emergency cases. I had to fix some of the stuff they were supposed to do, because they either refused to show or they just didn't want to maintain the place. But to treat us the way they did after we've chose to move out is unacceptable. Keeping the majority of our deposit and shown no proof of keeping that deposit shows they are hard up for money when they are willing to take our money without proof of reason for taking that money. When they were told about the things that needed replaced in the duplex that it was wear and tear and that they have no right to charge us for that, that person told me that he was doing what he's told. No explanation, no evidence, no nothing.
