Concrete Razor is one of the best companies I have ever had the good fortune to do business with. The sidewalk from my driveway to the front porch had voids due to water washout and subsoil settling. After getting no response from several local companies that specialize in mudjacking, I contacted Concrete Razor. Within hours, I received a call from Mr. Jason Libka, owner of the company. I expressed my need to have repairs done as soon as possible. Mr. Libka met me at my home the next day, surveyed the problem, and proposed filling the voids with expanding polyurethane foam. This appeared to be a very reasonable way to correct the problem, and Mr. Libka gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted. Immediately following a holiday weekend, Mr. Libka was at my home as he promised. The foam was neatly and efficiently applied. Expansion and curing took place within be minutes, and I was able to backfill immediately after curing. If you have a problem that involves concrete, I strongly recommend that you contact Concrete Razor.

I am really not one to complain but this has been a poor experience. The initial quote and first visit went great but after that everything went downhill. As of now, the patio isnt leveled; which is the job I hired the company for. Each try the patio fell back in place and I was told it was because there must have been larger spaces underneath than expected, or the size of the rock must be an issue. Personally, I dont care what the issue is I just need the job done. Unfortunately, I paid after the first visit, like any good customer would but the next day the patio dropped. Since then it has been extremely difficult getting a response. I am told he will come and then not show, and I continue trying to make contact with little to no response. As of recent, I was told through a text it must be the other parts of the patio holding the section down, which you can imagine is news to me. Since then, I have not been able to get a commitment to finish the job and I requested a refund. There is no way I could recommend this company to anyone I know. UPDATE: Aside from the lie of a response I received this text from Jason. I'll be putting a stop payment on that check. Take me to court. DO NOT USE this guy. it is a scam!
