Monahan Masonry

I wanted to wait for about a year before leaving this review to see how everything held up. Monahan rebuilt this chimney from the roof line up. The chimney looks great and it's functioning perfectly. Monahan knows what they are doing. They are professional craftsman. It took over a year before they could start our project, but I'm glad we waited.

I called Monahan masonry to look into my front stoop water problem for my home in Port Washington. Ryan inspected the stoop outside and under the stoop in the basement. Under the stoop is a root cellar. The roof of root cellar is rotting out from water damage. Ryan explained to me how the stoop was built and showed me how the water was backing into the house. Ryan gave me ideas on how to fix the problem. Thank you

Tim and his team are true craftsmen, you would barely know the chimney was rebuilt. They even custom stained bricks to get a closer match to the old/existing. Very happy with the results. Great company to work with. We have used Monahan Masonry in the past for some tuck-pointing around our brick foundation in the past and we were happy with the quality of their work. When our chimney needed repair, we knew who we would call. This time they replaced our chimney cap that was cracked and leaking. They were responsive and we are very happy with the quality of their workmanship. We would recommend them to anyone that needs masonry work completed.
