Good mixing

The drivers from this business should not be driving heavy equipment. On numerous occasions they have pulled onto the road without stopping at end of their driveway forcing other drivers to slam on brakes. Today I attempted to pass a cement truck and the driver swerved over into my lane and hit his brakes. I had to move onto shoulder of road and when I looked in my rear view the driver was clapping to himself both hands off the wheel seemingly proud that he cause me to either be struck or have to leave the road with my 5 month old in the car. I will add that I was in a completely separate lane that ended some 80 feet past the point that he did this. Next time it happens I will be calling the police as it isn't the first time VERY UNSAFE behavior has been exhibited by the drivers of the dump trucks and cement trucks here.
