Every aspect of getting a new fence for our 0.5 acre was smooth thanks to the entire team at Superior Fence & Rail. Initial discussions with Jeff led to clear approach and budgets, and permit approval, finances, etc. were all super easy with Amy! Then installation with Jose and entire team knocked out our massive fence in just two days including two gates. Clean up, attention to detail with height and fence locations, walk through prior, and sign off afterwards just speak to their quality approach. Their pricing was also best with 3 quotes compiled. Don't think just go with them! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely outstanding! Big kudos to everyone involved including Jeff Reget, Matt Winters w/ Jeff, the installation crew (Bernardo’s), Denise Ploof, Amy & Josh. Their work ethic, attention to detail & communications were well above average. I did get proposals from other contractors and Superior Fence & Rail was very competitive plus they were the only contractor that handled the permitting process with our local government. You might not think that's a big deal, but trust me it is. Additionally, Jeff Reget did his due diligence and managed to find the property stakes that were installed in 1955. That alone saved us over $1,000 in survey costs. More importantly, he revealed that our property lines were not where we (and our neighbors) thought they were. If that were not pointed out, our fence would have been partially in our neighbors yard absent an official survey. Imagine having your fence moved and the cost associated with that? We'll be having them back for another project in summer. Thank you so much for a top-notch experience!

Even though I am leaving this review under my business account, this project was for my personal home — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Jeff came out to meet with us and took the time to walk through our ideas, design preferences, and material options. He was thorough, professional, and answered every question we had. Amy coordinated the scheduling, handled the permit process seamlessly, and kept us updated every step of the way. When installation day arrived, the crew was outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The quality of the materials and workmanship really shows, and the fence turned out exactly how we hoped. The entire process, from first consultation to final installation, was smooth and stress-free. Superior Fence & Rail absolutely lived up to their name, and we are very satisfied customers. We worked with Superior Fence and Rail to design and install a fence at our home this summer. It was a unique design request, and once a glitch or two was resolved, the fence installation was completed to our 100% satisfaction. It is gorgeous and exactly what we had envisioned for our home. I mention the “glitch or two” more to highlight that the resolution was quick, professional and we were treated as if we were the most important clients they had ever had! The professionalism, the calls and conversations that happened until we all saw and agreed on a good path forward, the respect and acknowledgement of miscommunication on their part… that all goes a long way with us! Customer service like this is rare these days and EVERYONE that we worked with at Superior Fence & Rail has exceptional customer service skills. The fence itself exceeds expectations. We went with a gorgeous white cedar shadow box design and the quality of wood and the precision we saw go into the measurements / installation / etc were just beyond. Jose and his crew were polite, so friendly and worked harder than I’ve ever seen 3 men work! It was hot and SO humid and they just kept going for 2 sold days. We are very thankful to have found Superior Fence & Rail, HIGHLY recommend them and will be having the other side of our property fenced by then in the spring. Thank you!

From start to finish Superior Fence & Rail of Milwaukee outdid themselves. 1st- Setting up an estimate was simple. 2nd - Jeff who came to do our estimate was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He mentioned details that other estimates did not. After we received it, Jeff followed up. I appreciate that. 3rd- Once we accepted, Amy was up next on the support staff. 🙂 She was also kind and professional. Amy kept me informed on next steps and what to expect with installation. Not once did I wonder what was next. She was on it! 4th- Time for installation. Jose and Caesar (brothers) did AMAZING work! Those guys impressed me by the way they respected the property and cleaned up afterwards. It’s like they were never there. This was a pretty big job in my opinion and they finished in two days. I expected three. They worked flawlessly together and communicated small details that I needed to know. The weather was a bit cold and windy yet they still hustled! The fence looks absolutely stunning. Before we and a fence that came with the house and it was wood panels from a big box store. They were old and falling apart. Not quality at all. Now the white vinyl stands out. I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you to all involved for making our experience one that stands out and was truly SUPERIOR!
