The Secret Garden

We had an excellent experience with Secret Garden. Unique and interesting patio / landscape design ideas. Mike was a cut above several other landscape designers and companies which were also consulted on this project. We needed excavation and install of new patio as well as support for surrounding beds. Mike and his team were transparent, timely, professional and efficient. Our project started and ended on time. The crew who worked at our house for the week was courteous, professional and really talented. I can recommend them confidently. It was a very positive experience.

I highly recommend The Secret Garden. Mike totally transformed my overgrown Shorewood backyard into a tranquil oasis. We worked iteratively to find a landscape and hardscape design that exceeded my expectations while remaining within budget and minimizing ongoing maintenance requirements. Once the design was finalized, Mike’s in-house landscaping crew took over to complete the work — they were extremely professional and polite, completing the work quickly and skillfully and cleaning up after themselves each day. Mike is communicative, passionate about landscaping and all-around a pleasure to work with.

We had secret garden complete two separate projects for us, which included our front and backyard landscape design. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Mike offered beautiful landscape design services and you can tell he really thinks about how all the plants will bloom together and at different times. The color scheme and height of the varying plants were perfect. We receive so many complements on our landscaping.
