Jayme and Scott came out on an urgent call today. Although there was no foundation issue, they correctly diagnosed a plumbing issue involving a leak from the refrigerator. They then went above and beyond to mitigate the leak. I highly recommend their professional and friendly service.

The team at American Foundation did a great job installing steel beams to brace one of our basement walls. They were helpful and friendly, from the office staff, Lyle, and Jamie and the crew. They came on time on schedule. The work looks great and they did good cleaning up afterwards. They bumped a pipe and it started leaking- they made the necessary repairs quickly and left us better than we were before. Thank you!

A year ago, we had some foundation issues with our home and were advised to contact Jayme Zidar, at American Foundation Specialists. AFS came out and did everything I could have asked for and then some. I'm not an expert but the job looked thoroughly completed, passed inspection with ease and the end result was as shown. Nate and his team did some above and beyond tasks to get the job completed and for all of my requests simply responded with sure, that's not problem. Great crew to work with.

Jayme came for the initial quote and to measure for beams. The day of the install, I was told they'd be here morning to mid morning. They showed up about 3:oo pm and said their previous job ran long. They came in through the back door, which was the shortest way into the basement. They laid down floor protection material from the back door all the way to the unfinished portion of the basement. They passed the beams thru a basement window. (2) bricks had shifted around a window. They dug out the soil around the window by hand, and reset those bricks. I can not tell that they even did any work outside as they did a great job of cleaning up. They stayed until the job was complete, about 7:30 pm. Joe and his crew worked very hard and I'm very happy with the result.
