It was a pleasure working with Brian who is so knowledgeable and his team Jacob and Mike to execute the work. Once the proposal was accepted scheduling was prompt. Work was done efficiently and communication during the job was excellent. The work area was very clean. The area will be regraded in the next couple weeks but they took care not to damage the lawn. Other than some minimal compression of the grass and very few light divots you would not know that their equipment had been there. Team was informative throughout job, repair of multiple fill holes done well. Patio slabs were leveled off nicely. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation. Sealing and repair of cracks to be completed next week. Material recommendations provided. Warranty is excellent.

Huge shout out to Brian, Dave and Amy at Atlas Mudjacking! From the first call, to making our driveway smooth again. The process was seamless. We went with the poly option. They raised the approach to the garage and raised the pad to our front porch. Highly recommend these guys. They took the time to blend the adjacent concrete which made it all come together nicely 👌 They strive for customer service and quality. You won't be disappointed!

Brian was very professional and thorough in his recommendations without trying to sell extras. The two guys came out and did the job, giving me status updates throughout. I was worried because my slab had new pour and it was close to the foundation, but the results came out looking better than expected. So much so that I requested an additional slab be jacked for only $125 more. I highly recommend Atlas Mudjacking.

TL:DR - Company and staff were efficient and did excellent work 10/10! Atlas mudjacking performed quickly and with quality. We mainly corresponded with Amy at Atlas and she was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. Our situation was a little peculiar to work with as the work was required by our mortgage company, but Amy was understanding and happy to help and accommodate! They helped us estimate our project and gave us a good baseline which ended up being exactly the price! We got the work scheduled quickly and did not take much time to complete the actual job. Arrived around 8:45 AM and was done around 11 AM! The person doing the Work, Jacob, was very respectful and called to update me before the work started and after the work was completed. Again, very knowledgeable and walked us through what to expect and even helped recommend some updates we should do down the line! 10/10 highly recommend and WILL be using them again for more of our concrete needs (with this house we WILL need them haha)

I used Atlas Mudjacking 7 years ago and re-contracted them this year, but I must say I was disappointed with the results and their new technology. Traditionally, concrete is used to lift the concrete slabs to be leveled, whereas Atlas now uses expanding Polyurethane foam, which seems harder to control due to the lag in time for the foam expansion, the product continuing to be active after the injection. Eventually the slabs on my drive are still misaligned. Additionally, their business model requires you to be on site, so they can inform you of the (expected) overrun resulting from the injection strokes, asking for your agreement to proceed further. The base quote is for 450 strokes so $800. Every additional stroke is charged $0.55. The final cost for my job was $1,810.71 which would have been OK if the job was professional done as expected. However due to the nature of the product, foam continued to expand after the job was completed, causing further slab movements once the crew was gone. An attempt to reconnect with Atlas went nowhere and I will have to call another contractor to fix their mess, which adds to my frustration. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Atlas Mudjacking or any company attempting to convince you that this Polyurethane foam is greater than concrete, it is not. While it may benefit contractors with less prep and and an advantageous (but questionable) invoicing model, it’s evidently not as effective as the traditional method used to be.
