On Time and Right On budget. They are very well with communicating options and working with flexible scheduling. The on-site Team is well trained and very efficient on the executing every direction of the project from removal to fresh poured concrete. Enjoyed the extra effort in coming back an extra day to inspect the new pour as well touch up anything and clean up the site for final photo finish

We sent them a text message telling them what we needed and was a no show the first quote appointment and the same for the second appointment. They didn't even contact us to tell us they were running late. We had to ask them. For a business that requires a high level of attention to detail, they don't seem to pay attention to simple details such as appointment times. Suggestions for the owner. 1. If you're not already aware google calendar is great for keeping track of appointments and it's free. Plan for drive time between appointments. 2. If you can't make an appointment on time be professional and let the customer know in advance. 3. If your not interested in a job tell the customer and refer them to someone you know can and will take the job. 4. Small jobs can lead to bigger jobs. This is one of those cases that a small repair job could have led to installing a large patio in the future. 5. Customers value their time just as much as you do. If you can't be bothered to communicate scheduling conflicts then maybe this isn't the right business for you. The 5 star reviews likely are friends, family, and employees uprating this business.

Aztec Masonry put in a concrete slab that slopes INTO my pole barn causing water to run into it. There is also plastic stuck in the concrete and it is cracking already. The concrete finish is super rough and completely uneven. They also redid the relief lines and just filled in the old ones, so they are cracking now too. When I tried to get them to fix it using the warranty they have written on the contract, the owner refused. He even refused when a home inspector wrote a report saying it needed to be fixed for safety reasons. Do NOT use these guys.
