Concrete Waterproofing of Wi

In the fall of 2017 they did work to remove a concrete path, seal the exterior of our foundation, add an inset drain in the concrete (connected to our drain tile), add in ground concrete pylons for settling support, and repour the concrete path and driveway pad. They did an excellent job, they communicated with me each day to let me know status and next steps. I paid what was quoted, which was a very fair price (given the 4 quotes I solicited). Many people have commented on what a nice job they did on the concrete. I would have them out to do work again anytime. They were also recommended through the City of West Allis Neighborhood Improvement dept through our grant program :). Honestly, I worked with many contractors for our house grant and they were among the best for communication, follow through and quality of work.

I bought my house from the original owner and she thought she was doing me a favor by having this company fix the basement drain tile before I bought the house from her, she might as well left it alone, these guys are butchers at best. Sloppy, leaky work that was a mess! Stay away!
