GSI saved me!! I purchased a lake house that needed major renovations. Because of all the 'memories' left in the house we did not see the bowed wall behind the hot tub. (Yes, a hot tub was in the basement.) Once it started raining it was evident that we would need drain tile and bracing. GSI got in there and was finishing just as the '1000 year flood' hit. I was scared to see what kind of water we had in the basement after all of that. It was dry - completely dry. Thank you GSI!!!
