Oostburg Concrete Products

I can't say enough good things about Oostburg. I've worked with them on several large poured concrete foundation and flatwork projects. My most recent project they poured a large foundation in Hartford. My excavator said "this is the nicest foundation I've ever seen". They are responsive, reliable, and very good at problem solving tricky situations that inevitable present themselves. Excellent communicators. I look forward to working with John, Jason, and Kevin for years to come.

I did not receive service from Oostburg concrete, but my car broke down in the Kwik Trip parking lot and a kind Oostburg Concrete employee noticed and helped me to get my car started. Very kind and polite, and got me to work on time! 😊 I am so grateful for his help.

Here was our experience with Oostburg for the addition they assisted with. They poured several rather large floor slabs for an addition to our home. Also they poured footings, and foundation walls. Pros: -Labor is extremely quick and works expeditiously to get your job done once the concrete starts being poured. -Plenty of labor for our job. -Surveyed the site prior to each pour to formulate a plan for forms to be set up. Cons: -They could barely hold flatness of +/- 1", there were lots of high/low spots throughout the slabs that were poured. -If you have foundation walls poured they will leave behind all the consumable materials from the wall forms in the trenches when they remove the forms. We filled two 18 liter bucket worth of consumable materials out of the trenches after they finished. If you plan to put any equipment down on the slab be prepared to either have the slab flattened by a machine setup company. Alternatively have sub-foundations poured to ensure tighter tolerances. Lastly, you may need shims and/or leveling feet to level your equipment on their slabs.

Oostburg concrete poured my house foundation, very pool quality work, with very sub par results, did not vibrate to get out air pockets, cracking of finished product. Was hired by Mullikan construction. Plz see photos
