One thing that really stood out to me was their in-depth knowledge of the products they are using and the understanding of the installation process.

They did a great job over and above what I expected. Our driveway has never been this level. It made walking out of my house to new experience and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I did not have to replace any concrete, Not to mention they were fast and very neat about their work. They did not leave a mess. They did a fantastic job. I can't rave enough. I would recommend these guys to fix your driveway in a heartbeat.

I am so relieved and happy with the job SureStep did leveling my steps and sidewalk. I was genuinely worried about the steps because they were really becoming a BIG hazard, and now they're perfectly solid. The entire process was smooth. Their crew showed up right on time, they were super polite, and they explained exactly what they were doing without making it complicated. They knocked the whole job out quickly, and the area was spotless when they left. The result is exactly what I wanted: a perfectly level path and more importantly, are safe. Stop searching and hire these guys—you won't regret it. Five stars is not enough!

Roy was friendly and helpful, came out to lift my concrete garage apron, but then said it couldn't be done due to the way the concrete was poured. He brought me a lower budget solution, pave asphalt over the existing concrete to get it up to grade. The asphalt looked okay for the first couple weeks, other than the fact that they melted one of my garage door seals. Roy said he would replace the seal, but hasn't had a chance to get back down here yet. The bigger concern is now after about 4-5 weeks, the asphalt is already starting to fail.
