TSR was great to work with and was able to match our quote from another competitor and they offered a lifetime warranty which the other competitor couldn’t match. We just recently moved to a new home with 2 large garages and a small basement mechanical room and TSR was able to accommodate our schedule and get the job done right away even in frigid weather! The work crews were friendly and efficient and quickly got both garages done in one day! The quality of the work was impressive and many of our neighbors and friends commented on that they want to have their garage and basement finished too. I would highly recommend TSR concrete coatings overall for their high quality product, skilled staff, and lifetime warranty!

We’re very happy with our new floors by TSR! Communication was excellent from start to finish. We bought a 1927 Tudor, and the basement floor was original concrete and in really bad shape. We knew we wanted the floor refinished before we started on walls etc, so we reached out to a few companies and TSR really stood out. We filled out their website form for an estimate and they had someone out ASAP. We were walked through our options and learned the process. They had us scheduled within a couple weeks and kept us informed along the way. On install day, it truly took them just the day. The grinding/ sanding of the concrete was dustier than we had hoped, but they gave us a heads up on that and the sealant smell that would come at finish. All of this was manageable and fine. And the crew was polite, respectful of the house, and experts at their craft. It’s been a couple of days now and the floors look incredible. Very pleased, and the floors come with a lifetime warranty. Excellent price, communication, and process from start to finish. These guys are a well-oiled machine!

We had our garage floor done by TSR in September, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The floor looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was done professionally and on schedule. What really sold us was how functional the garage has become. We were actually able to host at our home, our grandson’s first birthday party in January! We basically created a bonus cozy feel family room for the day by moving in an electric fireplace, comfy chairs, a kitchen table, and an extra space heater. The space worked out perfectly for hosting a party in January in Wisconsin ! The floor not only looked great but was easy to clean and held up beautifully with lots of people coming and going. TSR, I can’t praise TSR enough!!! They gave their 100% and then some! Your representative, and those that installed the basement floor in our rec room were phenomenal – it was a totally amazing experience! I’m still doctoring from the effects of all the sewer water we had to deal with on that August 10th night so that’s why my review is late in coming. Our basement floor now looks amazing! I did my homework ahead of time researching different business to find the perfect company to put down a floor covering that would survive another flood such as what we had – talking with your reprehensive Zach convinced me that we had what we were looking for – they are the only company that I found that offered a full lifetime warranty on the floor coating which applies to both any labor and materials needed for repair. TSR is doing business in many states nationwide so I know they will hold true to their word. The cost of installation was surprisingly affordable and comparable to the other companies we talked to. I was concerned about the floor not having enough traction and was reassured that wouldn’t be an issue. Another concern I had was “What if another (1000 year storm hit) and the ground below our basement slab would again be so saturated with rain water that it again would cause pools of water to penetrate to the top surface of our cement flooring?” Again, we were reassured that their applied coating was guaranteed not to ever chip, peel, delaminate, separate, or bubble up. We were more than pleasantly pleased to find that there were no noticeable signs of dust in the other half of the basement where we did not have flooring installed! Again the TSR team took good care of us in this regard in that they made sure that even our basement stairway steps and basement landing were spick-and-span clean before they left. I really want to share our experience with neighbors and friends who went through what we did last August 10 as we never ever want to go through what we did again – the cleanup and removal of all water contaminated household items and furniture along with the removal of wet carpet was a complete nightmare! Hope the team at TSR had the best Christmas ever! Because of your team we received only the best – wonderfully long lasting, beautiful flooring for our basement that will last our lifetime. Now that we are almost done; we have plans to paint the basement rec-room walls along with replacing the wall baseboards and then life can finally resume as normal!!

Hi there! I’m not sure how to get this on as a post on your Facebook page so I’ll leave it here and hope you can transfer it there. Everyone talks about garages, but I’m here to talk about my basement!!! Yesterday we had 1/2 of our basement done by the most respectful and talented young men. The other half of our basement is carpeted so we didn’t need that part done. We had the basement all cleaned out as they required. We had no idea all the cracks were had down there. The guys were definitely dedicated to funding each and every one!!! We knew the odor would be bad especially because all of our glass block windows down there are solid. Not one vented window. So our intention was to sleep at our daughter’s home last night. We left all of our windows open upstairs to the safety lock and all the fans on medium. Not sure what we were in for today when we came home not even 24 hours later. Maybe we’d be spending another night at our daughter’s or maybe not. Well, the odor was 98% gone!!!!! This was amazing!!!!! I’m going to attach before, during and after pics from yesterday just to show the beauty of this job!!!!!! I would have liked to read a review like this prior to getting our basement done. I definitely was concerned about the long lasting odor, which there was NONE of!!! I can’t tell you how much we love the job the guys did and the information they told us about the odor, which they said would not last long at all. They were more than right!!!!! I would refer TSR any day of the week!!!!
