Wonderful family owned company. Woman running the scale was very polite and helpful.

Dealing with this company has been exhausting today that least. My vehicle was hit by one of their cement trucks while it was parked in front of my house which my security cameras had caught on video. I didn’t recognize it until later in the day after everyone had left, tried to call someone at Zignego for almost an hour, leaving messages, getting transferred around before I finally found the person who I’m supposed to talk to which was John Bartelt (come to find who is the HR manager). I reached out to them first to see if they wanted to settle it without going through insurance which is very common for bigger companies. After a few days, he finally got back to me. He requested to see the footage, I sent it to him, he said he would get in touch with his insurance agent for the company and have them reach out to me. He then proceeded to ghost me for almost 2 weeks before I threatened legal action, he then responded the next morning and claimed he had “been out of the office for the past 2 weeks” but then responded on a Friday? That day their insurance agent contacted me and informed me that “the video wasn’t conclusive enough for them to accept liability”. Mind you, the paint smear from the cement truck left behind on my truck was the same bright royal blue that only their trucks use. Needless to say I hope that you don’t end up in the same situation I’m in, through no fault of my own.

I would never do business with this company with how their drivers treat random people on the road. They routinely blow through stop signs and cut me off with their trucks. I'm getting all of this on my dash cam, and will be reporting it to the police.

They took down my electric pole to my house. It cost me $8,000.00 to repair damages. When I called the they denied everything. Don't promote this business.
