We hired Poblocki Paving to crack fill and resurface our tennis court. The Foreman Efrain Martinez brought 30+ years of experience to the job, and he and his crew did outstanding work. We are very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

I reached out to request a quote for asphalting our fairly small driveway. I was connected with a project manager who mentioned two possible days he would come by to assess the project the following week. Unfortunately, he never showed up, and I only received an update after I followed up by phone. I was told he had been busy with a larger project. Once I mentioned that we were hoping to complete the work this year, he offered to come the next day. Of all the companies I contacted, this quote was approximately 13% higher than most and 46% higher than the lowest bid. It was also the shortest site visit of any contractor we met with, which left me unsure of how thoroughly the project was evaluated. In the end, we didn’t go with the least expensive option—we chose the company that demonstrated the strongest professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and a sense that our smaller project mattered would have made a big difference.

Asphalt cracked with in the first year. The photos were taken 11 months after Poblocki replaced our existing driveway. Contacted Poblocki multiple times before they finally came out to put caulk in the cracks. If this what happens in less than a year, I can only imagine what the driveway will look like in 2 years or 5 years.

Work was substandard. I called to talk to the owner’s son, who (mis)managed the project. The owner could not have been more rude and/or dismissive. I would never use these Poblocki. My next door neighbor had a similar experience. We removed all the asphalt and replaced with concrete. Love my new concrete driveway. Do not use Poblocki.
