Needed a new approach for my driveway and this place was highly recommended. A crew came out today and did a phenomenal job at redoing the approach. I'm sure it was a small job for them, but they were meticulous in everything they did. From removing the old surface to cleaning up afterwards, everything was first class.

They did solid work. Every crew worked well together. The drive ang parking areas for this 6 building apartment complex looks great.

There was a delay between the cashing of my check and being contacted to let me know when my driveway would be sealed. But I wanted to be considerate knowing how busy they must be this time of year. When I called, they were very nice and confirmed that I was in the system. When I was contacted, they were also very nice and I was told that the driveway would be sealed on June 27th and it was. I was very happy with the result. IF I am remembering correctly, it rained within a few hours of being done. I don't know if that makes any difference in what happened next. The following Thursday, a delivery driver left very visible marks behind. The next day, Friday the 4th of July, someone used my driveway to turn around and also left marks. After a week. I feel like these marks shouldn't be appearing. I don't recall this happening before. I took pictures and emailed them at the contact email on their site. No response. I called and left a voicemail on 7/7. No return call. I called on 7/8 and spoke to the person who answered the phone. They were very nice and said that they had forwarded the message on to the appropriate area. No return contact. I admit, I know nothing about asphalt science and if it was due to how hot it was, or the rain, or the humidity, or the position of the moon, I'd live with it. But the lack of follow up is disappointing. I don't believe that I will be a return customer.
