Avoid this company!!! I have worked with them for many years without issue, but after using another company for snow removal for a few years, came back and signed what I thought was the same 1 year deal that I always signed. So, this year I planned on switching over to a new company that a family friend owns. After being informed that I signed a 3 year deal (put in the contract in fine print), I assumed I was stuck. I was sent an email saying I needed to respond that I needed to respond that I wanted out of the contract to make it happen. I sent it off to them. A week later I get a notice saying that I owed $2700 for a cancellation fee. Nothing said about this in the email, no warning that would happen if I cancelled. Don't trust this company!
