I rearranged my schedule for a 9:30 am estimate. At 10:00 he texts me he is running late and will be there in an hour. I waited until 12:30 and couldn't wait any longer. I called and texted him and he did not even have the common courtesy to answer and apologize for wasting half my day! If this is the way he handles something as simple as an estimate I hope nobody trusts him with their concrete work.
