Exceptional Service!! Found out we had to repair a water leak in our main service water line. Called Chris. He was there shortly after to look at the area. Very polite and informational. When his crew showed up to complete the work. They were very nice, informative and efficient. With hiccups and having to make a couple calls, the team had the job done within no time. I am going to try and explain how great it was to work with this company without going through every little detail. During the sale of our house, the septic failed inspection. We needed to get quotes for the lender in order to proceed forward with the sale of our house. From the moment we reached out to request a quote for a septic install until the very end of the project, Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it happen. During the process of selling the house there was a lot of bumps in the road we had to cross, but with Chris always there with a quick reply via text or call we were able to get things addressed in a timely manner. Chris and his team did an amazing job on my new residential construction. He was fair, honest, and was in touch at any time. Wally Schmid was recommended to me and contacted by the plumber I hired to fix my sewer issue. They were told it was urgent. Chris came out the same day to assess the work that was needed. After finding out my family (wife, 3y old son, 2y old son) hadn't been able to use the toilet or shower in my house for 5 days, Chris changed around his next days schedule and coordinated with Quandt Plumbing to come out the next morning! In a matter of 7 hours, they were able to replace my main sewer line from inside to outside my home and give my family back the use of our house. This included digging a 15ft deep hole directly next to my house! Every member of their team was extremely courteous and professional. I can't speak highly enough of them. If there was a 6th star to give, Wally Schmid deserves it!
