The Perma Structo team goes above and beyond in all aspects from start to finish. I can not say enough good things about them, the team in the office is always accurate and responsive, always there to help and work with you to make sure the job is done correctly and exactly how the customer wants it. The teams in the field are as good as it gets, they show up when scheduled and get the job done clean, correct and professional. Extremely happy with the relationship I have with Perma Structo and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!

I could scream from the rooftops about how AMAZING Perma-Structo has been with getting our footings and foundation going. Lindsy is a ROCKSTAR!! She's fantastic with her communication, expertise, and overall command of keeping everything on point.

The Perma Structo team poured a lot of concrete at our construction site even though temps were freezing! They worked in the cold, and the work was done perfectly. Their guidance on the barn floor was also spot on. I can't thank them enough for getting our project back on track.

Will never work with this company again!!! They only warranty their foundations for 2 years. My house is only 3 years old when the foundation started to leak from a vertical crack, they told me there is nothing they could do because it was outside of their 2 year warranty. I went ahead and paid several hundred $$$ to another company to fix the leaking crack (they did an excellent job). The other company told me to test it with a hose, and when I tested it, the foundation leaked from a 2nd crack 6 feet away... inside the control joint they cut! Called Perma- Structo back and got the same run-a-round "you're outside your 2 year warranty, but maybe we can have someone look at it", It's been a couple of weeks and still haven't heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and work with someone else that stands behind their work.
