Dan at Top Notch Contracting was amazing to work with and he had the best crew. We could not be happier with our new two-story porch from start to finish. The contractor was professional communicative, and detail oriented. The structure is solid ,beautifully designed, and has completely transformed our outdoor living space. The team stayed on schedule and kept the worksite clean throughout the process, the upper and lower levels are both functional and visually stunning, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I have had the pleasure of hiring Top Notch Contracting & Remodeling LLC. They repaired my stucco home exterior by patching the stucco and professionally painting my entire house. They were accommodating to all of my requests in regards to color and also offered skilled craftsmanship suggestions. I’m so excited over the new face lift of my old home. Additional bonus was the new steel exterior door along with a new storm door that included a doggy door. Fido🐾 is also very happy. The crew did a fantastic job overall and the clean up afterwards was above and beyond. I will definitely hire them again!

Nick and Dan were a pleasure to work with! Nick answered every question we had in the weeks he was at our home. We had new flooring put in throughout the whole house, and a shower replacement done and also a whole bathroom put in our basement. We are happy with all of it!! We will use them again.

Dan was very easy to work with, responsive and polite. His crew was very friendly as well and did a great job remodeling our basement after we had some water damage. Will definitely be giving him a call for our next home improvement project.
