Awesome company and owner. We were terrified we needed an entire new roof and being on a fixed income would be difficult, but Zac (the owner) assured us it wasn't the actual roof and solved the problem with better ventilation system. His crew is top notch, left our property spotless. Zac is on of the best contractors I've met and trust him unconditionally. He is also very active with charitable events in his community. We are looking forward to a couple more projects he's lining up for us.

The owner of ZP construction is one of the most nicest construction people I have met. He is willing to work with you and is straightforward with everything. His employees are wonderful to work with and get the job done in a very timely fashion. I have included some before and after pictures.

We were impressed with the organization, communication and quality of work by ZP Construction. We had our roof replaced along with improvements in the soffit venting and attic insulation. Zach or Andy were on site at the beginning of the project and at all key moments when decisions needed to be made. ZP utilized state of the art processes to minimize debris. This included several hydraulic lift dumpsters which they positioned under the roof line to catch shingles and other waste. They also draped netting on all sides of the house to protect the windows and shrubs from debris. They did an excellent job picking up any stray wind blown pieces of roofing material that ended up on the lawn. My wife and I give Zach and his roof, soffit, insulation and drywall crews 5 stars for quality, communication and timeliness.

Highly recommend!!!! We discussed options, concerns, improvements, etc. Zach was very informative, never pushy, and gave us great products to choose from. He understood my safety concerns that I experienced with previous contractors leaving nails, caulk, etc in the back yard where my pets are. He assured me 100% that there would not be an issue and my home and dogs would be protected. I had my doubts but I was blown away. They use a screening fabric to wrap the entire house, garage, deck, yard etc!!! It was very impressive!! They had the roof torn off in hour and half, and both roofs done in 1 day! The owner Zach was there at the start, middle and end of the job. Did a final walk through and made sure I was happy with EVERYTHING! Zach asked me if it was what I expected. I have to say no, they went beyond my expectations and even sent me a drone photo of my roof! Think I have the best looking one in the neighborhood now! Thankyou ZP construction!
