Project #1 = Kitchen Trim-work Last year my wife remodeled our kitchen. Since I am a sorta handy husband, I installed and leveled the cabinets and the counter-top folks installed the counter-top. But knowing that my wife expects absolute perfection, I didn't want the pressure and I handed off the trim-work to Butzen Contracting... they didn't disappoint. Project #2 = New Front Porch A month after the kitchen remodel. My wife wanted me to finally get to building a new front porch. There were a couple challenges such as our house lays on top of pure dune sand and our house also has older brick to drill into which also concerned me if it would shatter. Although I was told that brick wouldn't be a problem, I was still nervous. Butzen handled both my perfectionism that my wife passed along to me and also kept within our budget. Proejct #3 = Flat-roof Porch Railing Repair At the same time Butzen was building our front porch. We had another porch at a rental property of ours that looked like it needed help. The railing for the upper unit was not as strong as we would like it to be. Often times, it is repairs like these that contain hidden structural surprises and sure enough there was one. Butzen fixed the problem completely.

It has been several years since I hired them, but whenever it rains I admire Butzen's work. My driveway and patio are beautifully graded so the water runs to the street without pooling and they look great.

No reply. Probably booked through the remainder of 2023.

Had a roof installed in 2021. It leaked immediately. Have not been able to get ahold of anyone through dozens of phone messages and emails. Had another company look at the leaking roof and they said it was improperly installed and has to be torn off. Is Butzen still in business? They don't return calls.

They are very unfriendly and over charge for the quality of work they do. Please don't pick them. They leave equipment in the way of your stuff (like our camper the work trailer was parked in front of our camp).they also send the bill before all the work is done.
