KSI poured all the concrete on my son’s new home. The quality of the finish was very good. The basement walls and floor were free of any defects. The finish (face) of the concrete was also very good. Dealing with the ownership was a very professional experience. I would recommend Scott and his team.

Easy to work and always have our silage products un stock. Don't hesitate to use them.

Our Mobile Crane operator today was fantastic! Even with the wind everything was so smooth. Our 18th condo and he got trusses up 30 minutes faster than we ever have before. For sure will be calling them for all our crane services going forward! Thanks!

Concrete was pitched towards outside wall. Was told there is nothing they will do to fix it. It wasn't there problem.

Note: this review reflects a conversation I had with KSI in 2022, but I am currently executing my hangar project so my experience is at top of mind... If you value your time, don't waste it on this contractor. I had a pleasant conversation with a Project Manager and I received a draft proposal from them for a hangar project on 4/8/22. I then refined the proposal & design and received an updated proposal on 7/14/22. All good up to that point. I then asked for a couple of additional options and refinements, and didn't hear anything back. Pretty much a total "ghosting." This was during late COVID time so I understand things may have been crazy, but I wish KSI would have just told me they were no longer interested in my project. Or perhaps reached out to me to see if I was still planning on moving forward... As it stands, the whole thing was a waste of everyone's time.
