I always liked shopping Menards, it has a wide range of products well organized and easy to find! This Google review is about the general manager Craig who really stepped up for me and my apartment complex when a water main broke and we were getting flooded. I reached out and Craig and another team member who I don't know what his name is went above and beyond!They both stayed late and set me up with the water pump that I needed to protect my community and property damage as they were past closing! This is outstanding customer service and I appreciate both of them for their dedication to the customer! Outstanding job guys!👏

I love it here, while it might not carry everything you might be looking for it will surprise you sometimes and have something you didn't even know you wanted. I've been here dozens of times for everything from new bedroom doors to electrical supplies, plumbing tools, crafting gear, you name it. Anytime where I've had to ask an employee about where they might keep something I've always been led in the right direction which is more than what I can say about most places.

I'm usually all over this place. Always a helping hand (well usually), they keep well stocked, prices are fine, always have some bargain. However, the other day we desperately needed an electrical part. Didn't catch his name, but tatoo-boy was not thrilled with helping me. He reluctantly left his inventory job (or whatever he was doing) marched me to the correct section, said, 'nope, we don't have that' and left. I felt abandoned and searched for what parts I might use to fashion what I needed. If I owned the store, he would've been fired on the spot.

Went in with a screw and asked Finn from hardware for help. I was looking for a another screw that was similar to mine but longer and needed for outside as I was trying to screw something on the side of the house. He had an attitude from the start, didn't want to help me, when he asked what kind of siding I had I took out a photo and said its like this one and he still couldn't help me. He gave me back my screw and just told me whatever is on this wall should work and walked away. Finn from hardware should not be helping people if he has this kind of attitude.
