Quasius Construction is great to work with. They provide excellent service done by great people. I am always impressed by the quality of work that they do and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Project finished on time and on budget. Professional and friendly onsite team that took great care because we were still open for business in other areas of the building.

Although the pricing is competitive the follow through was less than desirable- and in the end were way over budget. Things started off great and quickly spiraled downwards. Adjustments for changes were not made to the original proposal but they had no issue sending the invoice for it- assumed the adjustments would be on the next invoice and there was nothing. I was charged for restocking fees because things were ordered incorrectly on their end and ai ended up purchasing my own products to replace their mistakes. There were delays (expected due to COVID-19) but it shouldn'ttake over 3 weeks just to install 2 windows, poor communication and lack of professionalism. Head contractor was let go and no one informed me. No response to emails, no-shows to fix poor workmanship, workers constantly leaving to work on other jobs elsewhere, complaining from workers that they're short staffed and that's why things aren'tgetting done, didn't clean up as expected- on and on. Tried to resolve issues with Sam only to be dismissed and he discontinued further communication. The rating would have been lower but someone came back to fix the drywall issues and re caulk the windows.

This company almost hit my wife and 6 year old son today (2-8-24). They ran a stop sign on 9th and Huron at 3:10 pm just one block away from a school that just released. If my wife would have trusted that this company followed the traffic laws and crossed the street, my family WOULD HAVE BEEN HIT! The driver didn't even slow down. When my wife called the company she was brushed off by the receptionist and sent to voicemail. I called and the receptionist then accused me of trying to scam. I never asked for money, I don't want money, I want accountability. I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained the situation and was just brushed off. This company has ZERO regards for the people of this city and county. They think because they worked on so many buildings that this will go away, but it will not. That truck has GPS on it and they know who was driving. He should be fired and the receptionist who was so careless and mocking as well. GARBAGE COMPANY! I wouldn't trust them at all if you're looking to hire a company that's honest and committed to accountability. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS COMPANY!
