From start to finish, B&B exceeded our expectations. Extensive home repairs can certainly be daunting, but Phil went over all of our options in great detail and calmed those nerves-thoroughly answering any and all questions we had from day one up until work began. The working crew (lead by I believe his name is John) was top notch. They were not only so very polite, but efficient and provided excellent communication on day to day plans. I still can’t believe the amount of work they completed in 5 days. We could not have asked for a better company to work with, on both repairing and improving our basement. We are very happy with the team that installed our basement drainage system and the support we received after install. Nacho and his team worked diligently for two days and kept us informed every step of the way. After install, our sump pump was cycling too often. I called B&B and spoke with Jon. We set up an appointment and Jon came out to trouble shoot why the pump was cycling too often. He explained everything thoroughly and made some adjustments so that pump wouldn't cycle every minute. We are glad we chose to hire a local company and we highly encourage anyone researching basement drainage systems to give B&B a call. We're glad we did.

What a great company! They solved the issue we had with basement flooding and were quick to return almost 2 years later when a new issue developed. From the first contact, I new that I found the right place to work with me on the plan to renovate my basement. Zeb came promptly to assess and estimate costs. Project manager Nacho, and crew--Elias, Jorge & one day with Mario, were all friendly and professional. The project was multifaceted and complex, including interior drainage system, encapsulation of three crawlspaces, removal of fiberglass insulation and insulating the outer wall with foam, the addition of header beam and big boy jacks, sill and window replacement, sump upgrade, and the removal of some concrete. B and B Basement workers showed up on time with 2 trucks full of equipment. They went right to work and installed stabilizer bars as well as an egress window. They were considerate with the heavy equipment to get to my backyard without tearing up my neighbor's yard. In addition, they swept cleaned the basement and also removed a large pile of fallen tree branches from my backyard. Very professional and polite. Great experience from start to finish!
