I go here for just about anything hardware and tool wise. Of course its just another Lowes Home Improvement store. But at least this one is cleaner then most iv been too, more organized, and the staff are way nicer and helpful. I even brought my dog here one day just because they are animal friendly and I needed to get some things. They were extremely nice, helped me, and gave my boy a bunch of treats and love. Yea its just another lowes but at least the staff are great.

Stan, was very nice, jolly and was a help to us. He even offered my oldest Son and I to sit in Santa's sleigh for a pic.

The customer service of every employee today was awesome. We were acknowledge in every department alone with being asked if we needed any assistance. The store is spread out so it's a little walking is you need more then 1 area. Plenty of free parking and easy access.

Delivery drivers refused to take the 7 steps to deliver on soft gravel, so left fridge on our bedroom deck. Customer service was friendly but couldn't get anyone back for a week, so here we sit, 5inches of wet snow and ice expected next two days. Corporate wouldn't any sooner so refunded our $40 delivery fee.

Whatever you do don't purchase LG appliances from lowes. I purchased a range in Sept and the oven does not work properly. It has a manufacturer issue and the parts are on backorder. The repair service is farmed out to Sears Sevice through LG & not handled by Lowe's nor do they have any availability to assist. LGs customer support is not local. I've spent over 10 hours on phone calls with LG on multiple occasions and with different departments. I continue to get no replacement and just the run around. One of the biggest frustrations is LG tell me Lowes needs to call them for the replacement approval. However when I speak to a manager at Lowes they tell me LG will not give them the approval and I have to handle it. Also word of caution you only have 48 hour from delivery of your appliance to return it to Lowes...so make sure absolutely everything on your appliance works perfectly. After reading other reviews issues like this happen with more than just LG appliances. Please do better than I did and read reviews associated with appliances before you purchase from any store.
