Eric did a great job on my new driveway!! Awesome person to work with! Eric got the job done Quickly and paid close attention to details.

Eric from Modern Concrete has done a number of concrete projects for us: 160' concrete driveway with three car wide upper apron, patio extension, garage door stoop and a large apron in front of our barn/extra garage. Very satisfied with all of them. He returns calls, something that others don't seem to do, and followed up afterward to our satisfaction. We love the work and the neighbors have told us that as well.

They never came back to finish the job. Left a big mess. Kept promising to return but never did. Don't use this company. Even called us scam artists.

Eric did not finish the job on my parents' driveway and now will not answer or return their calls. We also realize the concrete may not have been laid properly as it is already cracking in some spots weeks after being laid. This is not to mention how much longer the driveway took to install in the first place compared to the timeline Eric had given my parents or the number of times he said he would be coming to work on the driveway and just didn't show up. My parents are reasonable people who just wanted to fix their rough driveway, and have tried everything to get the business to respond to their calls. I would not recommend this business after seeing all the stress this man has put my parents through.

Many times, Eric was a no call,no show and after all the excuses it took 3months for a 24 x 37 slab. Wouldn't even come to look at the defects in his work (cracks in the slab). And then come to find out the slab is not square. I had to rush and find a professional to come and fix his work
