Jen is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had her team finish stairs and a walkway connecting our home to a floating deck/patio. They did an incredible job. Jen is extremely professional, communicative, and very responsive. She is also very helpful in explaining the process and letting you know exactly what to expect. She provides options to help you consider your various alternatives, especially those that will allow you to stay within your budget. She did the work last summer, when getting the materials to do anything related to building was a nightmare, and somehow was able to get the work done so quickly that we could still enjoy the outdoor space before the season was over. The before and after photos say it all. We cannot recommend Jen and Jen's Home Improvement Pros highly enough!

I hired Jen's Home Improvement Pros to install new windows and siding. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. There was no high pressure sales. Jen worked more as a consultant explaining all the options and helping us find what fit our budget and our vision.

Jesse installed backsplash in our kitchen and it is exquisite, he is truly amazing. Jen was so patient with our questions and helpful in picking out grout. Jen and her crew just completed our re-siding project. She was the last in a quartet of bidders. During our initial interview, my wife and I were impressed with a number of qualities. Jen has a pleasant, "soft sell style," she listens well, has a nice creative sense, and pays attention to detail. She thought she could do better price-wise that our first three bidders. She did! We saved approximately $4000. The installation crew, 6 guys from Honduras were impressive. Despite some marginal weather, the quality of their work was outstanding. They were well organized and hardworking. The rapport and comradely between and among them and us was superlative. Language, Spanish-English issues were present, but problem was minimal. Clean-up was great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Jen highly. In addition to siding, she also does roofs, windows, flooring, decks, fences, kitchens, bathrooms, interior doors & trim, drywall & painting and handyman services. We plan to use her to help us with our garage project. Ginger and I are very satisfied customers.
