After purchasing a 103 year old house that had great character it was evident it needed some TLC on the outside. In this day and age trying to get someone out to provide an estimate is a daunting task which I was dreading. Fortunately, I remembered that a friend from work mentioned RPM one day. I reached out and within a very short period of time, Troy from RPM was at the property and ready to walk through everything I had envisioned to be done. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to be sure we were on the same page for the work to be done. Considering the prior paint job was done poorly and quite a while ago, RPM had their work cut out for them to bring this beauty back to life. They went above and beyond to scrap everything, prime everything, and apply our chosen paint options. The attention to detail and time spent on the job to make sure it was done right was very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for painting or any of their other services offered. They are now mowing my lawn for that very same property and likely will be helping me with my snow removal when the time comes. Troy and team you are fantastic. Troy and the team at RPM not only made it simple to choose the contractor for our roof replacement, they continued to go above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific experience, and at a price that we could afford without sacrificing quality. Everything we addressed as goals were resolved quickly and timely, even though we've been dealing with an extraordinarily wet year. The team worked through Labor Day holiday to get our project completed. Wow. I mentioned a concern with an area of siding on the front of my house and Troy took care of that as well. When it came time to pay our final bill, the siding repair was included. I am picky about service and quality. RPM exceeded my expectations, and I'm happy to refer them to my friends and family for future work. Everyone needs a friend in the business. Get other quotes, then hire RPM. Simple as that!

I would highly recommend this company if your looking for quality work and are still looking to save some money. They recently gave our house a full exterior remodel including all new siding, soffit, and fascia and it looks amazing. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up after the project was finished and still came in well under their competition. Here's an update. I just had RPM back to replace my windows and patio sliding door for me. I received a quote from a local competitor and RPM came back thousands of dollars cheaper. I don't know how they do it, but once again, I saved money and the quality of the windows/door was the exact same as was quoted by the competition. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the installation. 9 Windows and a sliding door and they had everything installed in 1 day. Thanks again RPM. I'll be calling you for my next project!

I interviewed and researched several companies regarding installing a new roof on our home. I hired RPM Property Service due to their certification with Certainteed and the incredible warranty that certification brought with it. I could not be happier with the price, quality and most importantly communication. I was informed throughout the process and promptly provided my warranty information at the conclusion of the project. I am look forward to working with RPM Property Service in the future for my painting and siding project.

I’d highly recommend using RPM. We needed the trim on our house stained as well as our exterior doors painted. Troy who owns RPM was very responsive to our inquiry, had a bid in hand shortly and scheduled the work within our timeframe. We had two other bids and found RPM to be the best for price and service. Troy took the time to look at our old paint cans to match the stain. They were professional, personable and efficient. After the staining/painting was done Troy checked back with us as he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were very pleased with the work done and our whole experience working with RPM. We recommend them to all our friends.
