Left me hanging for over 90 min in-between trucks that were supposed to arrive every 15 minutes. 70-yard slab home floor turned out terrible because of it. They won't even cover repairs. How terrible trying to build your dream home and have it turn out so terrible.

The concrete trucks were supposed to arrive at 2:30, I get a call at 1:51 saying the trucks are running behind but that the first one should be to me by 3:00. After I called them again at 3:03 (truck is on its way but they don't know where it is) and 3:29 (truck is on its way and is in the town near me), I finally get my first truck at 3:50. I would have told them to not even bother sending the trucks if I had known they were going to take almost an hour to get to me after being told they were finally on their way. Overall, it makes me think that they knew they were going to be massively late and decided to play a game with me so that I didn't cancel. As my building is in construction, I do not have lights in that area. With the trucks being over an hour and 20 minutes late, we were left finishing the last 30 minutes of the concrete in the dark. I would have been fine if the trucks had been up to 40 minutes late (it wouldn't have mattered to me, we all have days where we are running late; however, an hour and 20 minutes is a whole different story. Obviously the concrete looks horrible as its hard to see what you are doing in the dark.

This place is closed I think. Went under new management a couple years ago and was never the same.
