I hear they do a great job. I may have to call them sometime for one of my big projects.

I understand a business keeping their larger customers in higher regard, especially if that customer is a state/government contract, but one should not take a job they're unable to complete. That's what happened with me. I asked for a single truckload of basic class 5 gravel to be delivered Through 4 days of contact, confirming, and ordering; I was told several times "no problem", but delivery day comes and goes without a call or text. Then the next day it's "oh I thought your landscapers were coming today", then it's no response. I called a competitor, they had me scheduled, confirmed, and payment levied in 15 minutes, and they made sure to deliver early on delivery day...like by 1030am the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. My advice as an individual or non-commercial customer, don't waste your time and go with thunderhill aggregate instead
