I recently had work completed on my home by Bowman Builders. All together it was a great experience! Work started in the beginning of March and was just completed this week (May 13th). Work included was installation of 2 exterior doors, 1 storm door, an interior bathroom door all with trim after installation. Installation of 8 new windows, with beautiful interior wood trim on all. Blow in insulation in the attic, existing walls, and exterior foundation insulation. Siding was installed as well. Garrett and his coworkers were pleasant, respectful and consistently kept the work site tidy. Garrett was extremely easy to communicate with and did an amazing job. I have already recommended Bowman Builders to my family, friends and coworkers. If I need future work completed, I will certainly be reaching back out to them. Check out the before and after pics!!

Bowman Builders did an awesome job on my girlfriend’s house! They worked quickly, and did a great quality job. All in all, Bowman builders put in 8 new windows, 3 new doors and insulated the entire house including the exterior foundation. I already have friends asking who did the work because of the quality of it. I am very likely to recommend them to anyone that needs a good contractor that knows what they’re doing. Great job!! Will ask him back for future projects.

I needed someone to trim out one exterior window, which I thought no one would do because it was such a small job. Garrett scheduled me quickly, came when he said he would, and did a great job at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lengthy review but I had a horrible experience with Bowman Builders. I hired Garret Boman in May, 2023 and he quoted to finish the siding on my house for 700$. The siding was about 80% of the way done but my last siding guy blew his back out and couldnt finish the job. Garret said he could get my siding done in 3 days. The first day he showed up, he started hanging the siding diagonally and with the angle of the pitched roof. It did not match the rest of my siding THAT WAS LEVEL so I asked him to do it the same way as the other siding. He took it down and hung it level after that. Not off to a great start. After the first day, He was done with the chimney and another small spot on the house. Next day he had a kid with him to help hang the siding. Not sure where the "crew" was that all the previous reviews mentiontioned. The next few days, he texted me and said the weather was going to be bad, or too windy, he had a doc appt, another day, the doctor said he needed to rest. Which I totally get but when I asked him when he would be coming back, he texted me and said "In fact I'm done now because you're being annoying I'll bring the level back though." (Which he had taken my level from my yard that I let him use. When I told him it was my level, he said "no, this one is mine" and proceeded to put it in his truck. I have pictures of my old level and he ended up dropping off a level with broken glass around the liquid part. After the fact, my boyfriend wrote a review of our experience and Garret later messaged me back saying this: "You're getting a harassment order sent to your home by a cop. You guys are writing lies about me You're gonna get a lawsuit and harassment order." I did not say anything back to him. Over a month goes by and he texts me this: "Monday I'm suing Matt for that fake review. I hope you got money for an attorney. I asked nicely for him to take it down Im not playing games ." I have not texted him back and will not be. Months go by, and I already have some siding fall off that he put on and another piece that isnt linked in the existing siding anymore. Take what you will from this review but I will not be a returning customer.
