I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Jeffrey H. aka "Jeffster" at the Superior Menards, and I have to say, he truly deserves all the praise he gets. ​Jeffster's professionalism is absolutely top-notch. He didn't just point me in the right direction; he was incredibly proactive and helpful in getting my materials together. Specifically, his assistance with finding and loading my items made my shopping trip smooth and efficient. It's clear he goes above and beyond to ensure customers can quickly get what they need and be on their way. ​His dedication to great service explains why he consistently receives 5-star reviews. If you need help at the Superior store, definitely look for Jeffster—he's outstanding!

Jeffster was amazing in helping us load our 69 bundles of shingles and locating the hip and ridge. Thank You Jeffster! Also this guys sense of humor kept us chuckling. What an outstanding employee

The actual worst menards I’ve ever been to. Every time I come to this location the associates always act like I’m a burden for asking them questions. I went in today because I needed a very specific piece, I left with what the associate said would work and it didn’t. Came back to get a different part that he said should work and surprise surprise it was the totally wrong part I asked for. So I drive back for a third time even though its 5 after close and after telling them their guy is the one who messed up twice and I’m just trying to not have gallons of water on my floor they said too bad we’re closed. Just avoid this place at all costs, you’ll end up paying for it.

I basically like Menards, but their garden center is horrible. I went there yesterday and a whole table of really nice plants were all wilted over from lack of water. They are $14.00 each. I thought about buying some of the plants they just got in, because they were healthy, but I decided against that too.
