All I can say is amazing! I would highly recommend Beaudry Services for your next concrete project. They were on time and efficient. The whole crew seemed to compliment one another. They explained everything and cleaned up well.

Had them do a 1000sf garage addition, Very professional, performed good work. A little on the expensive end. Would recommend.

We have used Beaudry Services, Inc. for several years to handle our commercial snow plowing. While the service has been acceptable in the past, our recent experience was very disappointing. When our annual contract was emailed to us for signature, I replied asking for our business details to be updated since we recently sold our company but still own the property. I also requested to discuss a new snow plan due to a newly installed parking lot. After receiving no response for a week, I called the company and was informed that the driver would contact me in a few days. After another week with no response, I followed up with another phone call and email and was again told the driver would reach out soon. I did not feel comfortable signing a contract while our business name, mailing address, phone number, and email address all needed to be corrected. Instead of receiving a reply or conversation, I got an email informing me that they would not be providing service to us this year. When I asked for clarification about this abrupt change, the only response I received was that our gate opener was available for pickup. I’m very disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism — especially after being a long-term customer. A simple conversation or explanation would have gone a long way.

Total lack of integrity and they could care less if the put people in a bad spot. Had talked with them months ago about doing the concrete around a pool I am having put in. Was given a price quote, and am now a week away from being ready for the concrete to be installed. I get a revised quote because the first one “didn’t include everything that is necessary”. I inform them that the initial quote was misleading, and they tell me they won’t be doing my job. Told me via email and didn’t bother returning my phone call or email about the issue. A week before I need it, and in today’s environment I am now out of luck until September or October. This review likely means nothing to them, but if anyone reads this avoid Beaudry if you care at all about them honoring quotes they give or integrity in general. Now my kids get to look at a completed pool all summer without being able to swim in it because of not having a proper patio, I can’t get my driveway in, and can’t do landscaping. Beaudry managed to singlehandedly negatively impact my schedule and force me to cancel with 3 other contractors because they up and decided they didn’t like her fact that I was concerned they lied about their pricing or that they jacked up their price because they felt they could. Just shameful.
