Complete Concrete Service

Did a beautiful stamped concrete overlay on my porch and some new landscaping. I was very pleased with the new look.

Excellent job, and very professional. He did my bathroom floor and kitchen cabinets. Loved the finished work. I talked to my wife and we are thinking on doing our driveway with them! Highly recommended.

Do not do business with this company whatsoever. My husband reached out on the Networks website for a contractor to refinish our hardwood floors. Robert from Complete Concrete Services called and set up an appointment to come out and review what we needed which included refinishing the floors in the front room, dining and kitchen area and a hallway. He met with us on a Sunday, and we went over everything that we needed. We reviewed his website and everything looked cool. We agreed to let him do the job while we were out of town. He asked for a deposit in which we paid. He told us the job would be completed in 2 days (later he changed it to 2-3 days). He started on a Monday; we returned Thursday to find he was still working. We got a hotel room for the night as he said he would be done by midnight. Came back that Friday to the worst job we had ever seen. He dug a groove in the stone on our fireplace, he explained that his sander hit it. The floor had 3 different finishes on it, no explanation. The dirt from sanding was never cleaned up and is now underneath the finish along with paint brush bristles and a bug. He left sand and dirt underneath the refrigerator. He messed up the entry ways to all the bedrooms as we have Pergo flooring in those rooms, and he sanded all the entry ways. He took off the 1/4 round from the trim and put finish on them without cleaning them then put some of them on wrong or not at all. He hammered nails in the 1/4 round which was not how it was before. Some are attached with maybe 1/8 inch or more gap between the trim. He never did the closets. There are many stop marks from the sander in the flood, no explanation. There are areas where he wasted the finish and never did anything to clean it up. After we told him our concerns he came back out with a buffer saying it will all blend in. Needless to say, nothing changed. At this point, he will no longer return phone calls, and we are out of thousands of dollars and have a messed-up floor and now have to start from scratch. This man is a fraud so work with him at your own risk!

Everything started off great with these guys. They did half the job and asked for payment, I foolishly paid in full. Job hasn't been finished. I have emailed numerous times and called a few times are well and haven't heard back. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
