We had a great experience with Cotton Sealcoating sealing our driveway. They did a great job filling all the cracks as well. A competitive price and professional and friendly service!

I contacted them via email on June 7. On June 7 I received an email response indicating that someone would contact me with an estimate in the next day or two. On June 10 I had a solid estimate. I asked 2 questions which were promptly answered by Brian via email. So far so good. I agree that Brian's prices are good and he did prompt work in 2019 for us, but our job didn't go well. The crack sealer never cured so we have big sticky spots on 5 driveways and the spots are peeling up. Brian came back the same year to see what he could do but the damage was already done. He said the material probably wasn't good, but I am told from other contractors that the material was overheated. Now, in Aug. 2022 we are having someone else heat up the thick crack sealer and roll it out, and do the sealcoating. Brian had an employee do the work so I think there obviously was a training issue there. Unfortunately, won't be using this firm again.

Got my driveway sealed and happy with the work. They also were quick to respond, competitive rate, good communication, and billing was easy. Overall great experience. Plan to use Cotton Sealcoating for future needs.

Cotton Sealcoating provided a quote, I accepted the quote, and they came to complete project, left me with a bill and an uncompleted/unsealed driveway, with promises that they would return once they fixed equipment. I have left numerous texts, voicemails, emails, and even tried to connect on social media platforms. No response. Ghosted. Ghosting is NOT okay. If there is some reason why you can't/don't want to complete the job that you agreed to and bid on, then it is YOUR responsibility to communicate your error and find resolution. Ghosting is so unbelievably unprofessional. If you can't even call me back, how can I trust that you will ever do the job. And did you REALLY think I was going to pay that bill you left me with even though you didn't do the work???
