Garrett did our concrete drive and front entry. I wasn't sure how i wanted the front to look. Todd had great ideas and it looks great! We get compliments all the time! We are having them back to do the concrete patio this year.

The whole team at Garrett was professional, friendly and very hard -working. The job was done in a timely fashion and the crew was meticulous about construction and cleaning up. We were very pleased with the new drive and retaining wall and the nice people who built it.

GCRW poured a cement basement floor for a very old house. An honest job at an honest price. The cleanup was not good.

The work that was done is good. That I can not complain about. What I didn't like was the fact that I paid my 10% down payment check in beginning of April, and didn't hear anything from company until July 21, only because I had sent an email asking if they forgot about me. Then the retaining wall blocks were supposedly on back order. My job then started in August...approximately the 17th...about 4.5 months after cashing my 10% check. Also, let me say that communication between the workers and the office must not be the best either. As I was told the job would take 1-2 days by the receptionist/office worker, it actually took about 1.5 months. Then, the first time the job was thought to be done, there was a section of retaining wall that was forgot about. I was asked for my check, but had to remind them that the job wasn't done. Then 2 weeks later, the job was finally done. Job was done...with run off cement from putting in sidewalk left clumped in my yard and cigarette butts all over as well. I then said I wasn't going to send check until it was cleaned. Someone would be on it right away....5 days later. The next morning after my yard was "cleaned up" by whoever, I went outside and cleaned up more cement debris and found one of the large spikes used for the concrete forms still in the ground. It was said I was not left in the dark. I would think cashing my check and then only speaking to me after I emailed them after 3.5 months of no connection is kinda being left out there. I was then also told that there are a lot of people that don't understand the construction world or have a clue what they go through. Well...this wasn't my first rodeo. I have had my roof done on house and garage, so two separate times. I have also had some concrete slabs put it. And when those jobs were finished, the only way I knew there were there was the finished product... No mess. No left over waste. Like I said before...finished product is decent... getting there was the chore. So just letting you know what I went through
