Highly recommend Hanson Landscaping. We meet with Joe Hanson several times to get our vision communicated, understood, and documented. Joe was always accommodating, listening to our thoughts, and making sure the project was a success. The crew was professional, on time every day, and extremely hard-working. The site was particularly challenging for them, but they were up to the task and when issues arose the team produced solutions. They were a pleasure to work with. The landscape project included three separate walled areas that included: hot tub, fire pit, and grill station, nestled between tress and an existing elevated patio. We love the outcome and will enjoy this oasis for years to come! We highly recommend Joe Hanson and his team. Thank you!

This was the easiest, most pleasant experience we have ever had while working on our home. Joe and his crew did a FANTASTIC job with our mess of a yard. It was a big project and it turned out even better than we had hoped. We have 2 large dogs and they knew that it would be a rough winter for us without a functioning backyard. They squeezed us in right before Christmas at the first sign of decent weather. It was unexpected but SO appreciated. They worked so quickly and efficiently and did a great job. There was plenty of communication and their prices are very fair and reasonable. We were impressed and would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

We hired Hanson’s Landscaping to redo the landscaping in our backyard. Some of the plantings were not aligned with each other, making the plantings look haphazard. Some of the plantings were also too close to the house and would not have enough room to grow properly. Hanson’s was very responsive to this complaint and they came back to adjust some of the plantings. The customer service was not so good about 11 months later when we attempted to contact them regarding several plantings that had died and needed replacing (there was a clause in the contract that Hanson’s will replace certain types of plants if they die within the first 12 months after planted). My husband called and left messages and also texted the owner’s business cell phone multiple times but never received a return call or text. The lack of customer service with follow-up was disappointing.

Hanson's landscaping is competitively priced and really good at getting in and getting the work done on a tight time table. They were even very responsive to replacing a tree that didn't survive the initial planting. However, despite these merits , the delivery and quality of the work hasn't been worth the price or the hassle for me. I hired Hansons to seed a new build's lawn and tacked on watering services to ensure the grass came in under the watchful eye of landscaping professionals. I also had them plant 3 trees and install mulched garden beds around the perimeter of my house. I've spent a little over a year now reaching out to them about the bare spots in my lawn from inadequate seeding and needing to relocate a tree that was placed in an easement. Every time I have reached out, I was promised they would be coming out to address these issues and others but no one shows up. This review comes at the end of my patience. I'm disappointed that another season has come and gone and for whatever reason I am not able to get the same level of service that many of these other customers have received.
