Nathan was very accommodating and answered all my questions and was ok with additional work as we moved closer to install date. I appreciated his communication and 2nd trip to my garage. The crew was also amazing, detailed, knowledgeable and never minded my questions or me watching (as it was incredible to see the transformation). Everyone on the crew was working and when certain areas had to dry, were respectful and again, informative. Start to finish great experience. Great communication from all. Looks amazing. Will repost additional comments if needed after we use it for a few months. High five to all of the crew members who made our garage beautiful! We appreciate your hard work. I did contact three companies in total and picked Nathan. The biggest deal maker for me was the hepa filter during grinding. Little to no dust. Color: Shoreline.

My experience with Nu Look flooring couldn’t have been better starting with the Sales process of Nathan all the way to the meticulous installation by all of the installers. They treated us with respect as well as our property and answered all of our questions during the install process. Nate, the owner, came to bid the job. I had several other firms come out previously, one even no-quoted the job. Nate worked with me when I wanted to expand the scope of work. The crew arrived on time the scheduled day and promptly got to work. They were respectful of the property and were diligent with their tasks. Tauriq provided me with a step by step overview and gave me updates throughout. I had concerns about the substrate condition under the previous thin-set, and the crew made sure to address anything that seemed out of the ordinary. I had a unique situation with a mason working in close proximity of the flooring crew and everything (and everybody) worked seamlessly. This crew is well staffed and has the equipment and know-how to do the job right. Great service, great follow-up. They did what they say and that's worth every penny. I have seen the work by Nathan @ Nu-Floor at several different residences. I have been completely impressed by everything I have seen. Most recently, Nu-Floor coated the patio, the boathouse patio, and the entryway at our condominium complex in Okauchee. The work was amazing as was the crew, as a team. Mikaela and crew were at our house to put the epoxy coating on our garage floor. I can’t say enough about the professionalism they displayed. They were on time both days they came, they sanded the floor and filled in all the pop marks, cracks etc. They cleaned up everything both before starting and after completed. The floor looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! These guys are the BEST and I would highly recommend them to everyone interested in doing epoxy. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE and super pricing!!
