Paradise Builders

We have used Paradise Builders many times and the results have always been fantastic. This past summer we added a new deck and patio to our home and once again Paradise did an amazing job. There are so many elements that go into a quality engagement and Paradise succeeds on all points. From concept, planning, scheduling, construction, project management and commercial details, the entire Paradise team excels on all points. Plans are creative, budgets on exact and managed carefully, and the skills of the crews that did the work, was as usual extraordinary. We had some special challenges due to requirements from our HOA, and Paradise as usual was creative and helped up achieve our objectives. When it is time to do a remodel, we don't contemplate any other contractor. The entire Paradise team is highly professional and a pleasure to to work with. Our thanks!!

We decided to add a 440 sq.ft. first floor addition to our 50 yr old two story home, consisting of a bedroom and a bath/laundry room so we can age in place. We were lucky that Paradise was doing a garage/laundry room addition for my wife's brother so we were able to see the quality of materials and workmanship (both excellent) that came with choosing Paradise for our project. We didn't price the project with other builders since we liked what we saw from Paradise. Our plan was developed with the help of Paradise's Kevin Anundson. We gave Kevin our budget, met with him a number of times and developed a plan that was comfortably within our figure. We chose to go with a full basement even though it was an area where we could have reduced the price of the project by a sizable amount by going with a crawl space. I'm glad we did since I now have a large workshop area which I really enjoy. From the start of the basement to the final tweaks of the sub-contractors the project went smoothly. Of course there were some glitches which is to be expected in a big project but the problems were resolved quickly. My wife and I were really impressed with the work ethic of all of the players in the project, both from the Paradise crew and also from the sub-contractor crews. They all worked pretty much non-stop the entire time they were here each day. Paradise's crew members Devom, Matt and Liz all did magnificent work. If they had questions they asked, they didn't just proceed onward without our input. Are we glad we did the addition, absolutely. Would we recommend Paradise to others planning to build, without hestation.

We hired Paradise Builders for our kitchen remodel last summer. Never having gone through a remodel, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Scott was our contact from the start and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient with us and made sure all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Our project manager, Brett, was also great to work with. He was up front with everything and always got back to us quickly. Everyone who helped with our remodel, both from Paradise and the subcontractors they used, were very respectful of the fact that our family was living in the house during the remodel. All unnecessary debris/garbage was cleaned up at the end of the day and everyone that we encountered was very kind in explaining their portion of our kitchen remodel to us. We would highly recommend Paradise Builders to anyone looking to have a home renovation done and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

While shopping several remodeling companies for a complete basement finishing project from scratch, we found Paradise Builders of Waukesha. My husband and I were introduced to Kevin Anundson, one of their Sales/Design Consultants with whom we generated a rapport when he visited our home. His extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, and comprehensive answers to our questions immediately distinguished Paradise Builders from all others as the right match for us. Kevin and his brilliant design partner Stephanie were the creative team that turned our vision and ideas into a workable reality within our budget. They went above and beyond our expectations to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire 6-month project which doubled our living space. Huge shout outs for the outstanding work and talent of the Paradise Builders crew who were such a fierce and essential part of this journey: Zach, Lizzy, Morgan, Harold, Jeremy, Joe, Arne, Matt, JP, Garrett, Jeff; Project Managers Mike, Dan, and Brett, and Keith for the stunning live-edge bar shelving! We are also thankful for all of the subcontractors who applied their professional expertise in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electric, flooring, cabinetry, counters, drywall, and painting. Paradise Builders helped a dream that was 15 years in the making come true. We highly recommend them and look forward to collaborating with them again on future home improvement projects!

My wife and I had Paradise Builders design, plan, and build our new home. Throughout the process we were so pleased with how professional, friendly, and informative the staff were with us. Everyone we worked with from the project manager, David and Brett, to the field staff, Jeremy, Devin, Zach, Elizabeth, Jeff, JP, Joe, Arne, Garrett, Jake, Harold, Matt, and Nick were so skilled and an all around wonderful team.
