Taking ownership for mistakes is not honorable, it’s expected. As a small business owner, you know the impact of major setbacks on your ability to have business continuity. How about treating others how you would like to be treated. You caused a sewer back up to while working on a city project. Perhaps the city should not hire contractors that have no respect for the community, and it’s citizens.

I am a small business owner on Main Street in Downtown Watertown. Our Main Street bridge replacement was contracted to be completed by November. It's nearly January and Zenith Tech is currently working on taking out the first foundation that they poured 11 inches off and blamed it on the survey. To say this has had a negative impact on our community would be an understatement. Now, I am being asked to close my business without compensation for an unforseen amount of time with uncertain dates at a time of year when it hurts us the most. I can expect to lose more than $1600. I wish I could say something nice about this company but that is not the case.

The worst ever. Didn’t see any workers on the Mighty Mac and delays. Well over an hour from St. Ignace to the bridge and 40 min. Just to get to the other end. Bang up job Zenith Tech. Hope you all enjoyed your Memorial Day! Pathetic!

The first season of a two-season repaving project on the Mackinac Bridge’s north viaduct and approach truss spans, originally scheduled to be completed by May 23, will not be complete until June 7. Zenith Tech says it will not be able to meet its original completion date or reopen the bridge before Memorial Day as called for in the contract. We have not only allowed, but strongly encouraged, the contractor to work around the clock and through weekends to get this project wrapped up ahead of the surge of traffic we expect for the holiday weekend,” said Mackinac Bridge Authority (MBA) Chief Engineer Cole Cavalieri….Great Work! 2 hour delays traveling because Zenith didn’t hold up their end of the deal! Pathetic….

Consistently missed deadlines on a project and lacked any sort of transparency when trying to find a reason for the constant delays. Look elsewhere.
